Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using any MEHD, LLC application or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and MEHD, LLC ("MEHD," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Alaska.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any application, website, or service provided by MEHD, LLC — including but not limited to My Pantry Deals and the website mehdllc.com — you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
MEHD, LLC provides consumer software applications designed to help users manage household grocery needs, including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time with reasonable notice to users where practicable.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Services and that they have read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@mehdllc.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing feature limitations or subscription requirements, or for any fraudulent purpose.
Our Services are offered under a freemium model. A free tier provides access to core features at no charge. Premium tiers ("Premium" and "Max") provide additional features for a recurring monthly or annual subscription fee.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorize MEHD, LLC (through our payment processor, Stripe, or through Apple App Store / Google Play billing where applicable) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increase. Your continued use of a paid subscription after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings, your device's app store subscription management, or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features through the end of that period.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective platform's refund policies.
We may offer promotional or referral codes from time to time. Codes are subject to individual terms and expiration dates, may not be combined with other offers, and have no cash value.
You retain ownership of any recipes, shopping lists, notes, or other content you create and submit through our Services ("User Content").
By submitting User Content to our Services (including any community recipe sharing features), you grant MEHD, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.
You agree not to use our Services to:
All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to the software code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text — are owned by MEHD, LLC or our licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEHD, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MEHD, LLC IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MEHD, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful behavior, or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@mehdllc.com or using the account deletion feature within the app.
Upon termination, your license to use the Services will immediately end. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Anchorage, Alaska, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email notification or in-app notice.
Your continued use of our Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
